Return Policy

We want every Go Afric order to arrive as expected. Contact us promptly after delivery if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its published description.

Return eligibility

Unless an item is defective, it should be unused, complete and returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels and proof of purchase. Items damaged through misuse, unauthorised repair or improper installation may not qualify.

For health, safety, licensing or copyright reasons, certain opened personal-use items, consumables, customised goods and activated digital products may not be returnable where permitted by law.

Return process

Before sending an item, email info@goafricenergy.com with your order number, reason and photographs where appropriate. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Unauthorised returns may be delayed or rejected.

After inspection, we will communicate the available remedy, which may include repair, replacement, store credit or refund. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable consumer law.
